This Chardonnay from our Lewis Estate Vineyard is fermented 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in French oak. Aromatically crisp and clean, it expresses pineapple and lychee with a hint of wet stone on the nose. Ripe tropical fruit complemented by a soft, creamy texture fills the mid-palate while refreshing acidity draws out a lengthy finish.
