Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you use prepaid reservations?

At Dunham Cellars, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. Your prepaid reservation allows us to anticipate your visit and allows us the opportunity to give all guests a memorable experience.

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to change your plans. Reservations may be refunded when you give more than 24 hours’ notice. If it is less than 24 hours before your confirmed reservation time and you are no longer able to visit, please call before your reservation time to request to reschedule and we will do our best to find another time.

How do I transfer my reservation?

To transfer a reservation, log in to your account and then select, “Reservations”. Each reservation has a transfer button next to it.

Do you allow dogs at your winery?

We love dogs! Our courtyard is dog-friendly and our own winery dog can often be found greeting guests outside. Let us know if you will be bringing your furry friend with you and we are happy to put out a water bowl for them. Due to health department restrictions, we do ask for no dogs inside, please.

Are you family friendly?

Absolutely! Dunham Cellars is a family-owned and operated winery and we love welcoming all families. We ask that all children be under direct supervision of the adults in the group for the duration of the visit.

Is your tasting fee refundable with wine purchase?

We are happy to refund your tasting fee if you or someone in your group joins our Wine Club during your visit.

Which wines are you currently pouring in a tasting?

We are currently pouring our 2016 Lewis Vineyard Reisling, 2019 Sauvignon Blanc, 2019 Rosé of Cabernet Franc, 2016 Shirley Mays Chardonnay, 2018 Syrah, 2017 Trutina, 2016 Walla Walla Valley Merlot and 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon XXII.

Do you allow food?

We do! We simply ask that you please try to refrain from overly aromatic foods for the comfort of other guests' tasting experience.

Are masks required?

Masks are required throughout the winery, tasting room and courtyard unless seated at your table. We have disposable masks available at check in if you do not have a mask.

What is the maximum group size?

In accordance to Phase 2 of Washington's "Safe Start" plan, the maximum group size we may allow is 5 guests including children.
