Each Wine Club membership level gives you access to either 12, 6 or 4 bottles of
Winemaker selections every March, June and October.

 

Your Wine Club selections will feature two different wines chosen by our Winemaking Team. These wines could be one of our Artist Series Wines, Member-exclusive wines, new releases and more! 

 

While we always strive to release the best wines for you to enjoy with your friends and family, we understand that sometimes you will want to mix it up! Please feel free to add on, swap out or even create a standing order for your Wine Club release!

What is the cost of the Wine Club?

There is no cost to join our Wine Club! We kindly ask for a 1-year commitment when you join. Wine Club selections are released 3 times a year and the price of release varies based on your Club level.  Your Wine Club selections will be automatically processed using the credit card on file.

4 Bottle Club: Approximately $200 per release
6 Bottle Club: Approximately $300 per release
12 Bottle Club: Approximately $500 per release

 

Will I be notified before you process my credit card?

Yes! About 3-4 weeks before the release date, you will receive a Wine Club release email with all the important information pertaining to your shipment!  In this email, we will let you know which wines have been selected just for you, the date to make final account changes and the date the wines will either be available for pick up from the winery or expected to ship out.

 

I live too far away from Walla Walla to pick up, can you ship my wines?

Yes, we can! We ship primarily FedEx but will also ship UPS if that is your preference. Federal law requires an adult signature at the time of delivery, so many of our members choose to ship to a business address.  FedEx and UPS will try 3 times to deliver your wines before they are sent back to the winery. Returned and/or rerouted packages may incur additional shipping charges.

Do I pay for shipping?

Three times a year, we offer exclusive shipping benefits to our Wine Club Members which vary based on club level.

4 Bottle Club: $20 flat rate on Wine Club Releases and reorders within 30 days
6 Bottle Club: $15 flat rate on Wine Club Releases and reorders within 30 days*
12 Bottle Club: Free Ground Shipping on Wine Club Releases and case reorders within 30 days

*6 Bottle Members receive FREE shipping when upgrading to 12 bottles before Wine Club allocation deadline

 

Can I customize my Wine Club selections?

Of course! We always strive to pick the best wines for you to enjoy with your friends and family, but we understand wanting to change it up sometimes!

To add on to your Wine Club selections or change which bottles you will be receiving, simply reply to the club release email before the deadline to make changes, or send an email to wineclub@dunhamcellars.com. We request that any changes to the Winemaker selections in your release be exchanged for wines of an equal value.

 

How long will my membership stay in effect?

Membership and benefits are ongoing until cancelled by the Wine Club Member, and releases will be automatically processed using the credit card on file. If you need to update your credit card information, please click here or call us at (509) 529-4685 with your updated information.

 

Oops! I got charged for my release but don’t want it. Can I get a refund?

We do send out three emails prior to club processing, and we ask that you make any changes to your account prior to the deadline indicated in your Club release email. If changed are not made by that date, we will not be able to refund your order.

 

Will I receive my Wine Club discount when I order online?

Yes! Just be sure to log in using the email used when you signed up for our Wine Club. If you need log in assistance, please call the winery at (509) 529-4685 or use the "Forgot Password" link from the log in page.

 

I don’t live in Walla Walla. Do you have a tasting room in my area where I can pick up my wines?

We do not have additional tasting room facilities, but we do host private Wine Club parties in Seattle, Bellingham, Vancouver and Spokane! We are happy to hold your wines at our facility and bring them to your preferred Wine Club party for you to pick up. For more information on our upcoming Club events, click here.

 

I need to update my information. Can I do that online?

Yes! You can update any of your Wine Club information by clicking here. You are also welcome to either email us at wineclub@dunhamcellars.com or call the winery at (509) 529-4685. We are happy to help either way!
