Our Winemaker Dinner series kicks off with a special dinner featuring Chef Tana Mielke, Chef and Owner of Votano Restaurant. Votano, her restaurant set to open later this year, is a coming together of fresh local ingredients coupled with Greek hospitality.
We’ll kick off the evening with a winery tour led by our winemaking team and an insiders’ look into harvest. Following the tour, guests are seated in our Hangar Lounge where Chef Mielke will prepare a multi-course Mediterranean inspired dinner creatively paired with Dunham Cellars wines!
