Mauro Golmarvi, Chef and Owner of Assaggio Ristorante in Seattle, is heavily influenced by his culinary roots and upbringing in Northern Italy. He specializes in artisanal techniques and recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.
Keith Otter, Chef of Fortun’s Kitchen in La Quinta, CA, specializes in New American cuisine, and is known for his hand-crafted dishes made from the finest ingredients.
Husband and wife duo of Lisa Dupar Catering of Seattle, Dan Kiley, Executive Chef and Bekki Kiley, Kitchen Manager, will be joining us four our third harvest Winemaker Dinner; delivering Lisa Dupar’s inspiration of the hometown and the haute.
Thomas Palmer, Owner and Executive Chef of The Oyster & Thistle of La Conner, WA, combines regional ingredients with a classical discipline with a from scratch approach.
Please join us Fall Release Weekend as we enjoy tasting our newest releases. Light appetizers will be available to enjoy while you taste on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, be sure to visit us from 1:30pm-4:00pm to enjoy live music in the Hangar Lounge. As always, wine tastings are complimentary to Wine Club Members!
Our Wine Club Members are invited to join the Dunham Cellars family for an evening of great wine, food & music in the Hangar Lounge! Our Winemaking Team has also selected barrel samples of future wines for you to enjoy.
This reception is exclusive to our Wine Club Members; however we do encourage Members to bring guests for only $20/person. Fee is refundable if guests join our Wine Club that evening!
Celebrate the holidays with a visit to Dunham Cellars. Enjoy extended hours and our newly released wines, as well as a rare opportunity to sample future releases still in barrel, with live music in our Hangar Lounge from 1:30pm-4:00pm. Help raise a Barrel Full of Money for the Blue Mountain Action Council Food Bank! Join us on Thursday, December 12, for an auction and wine reception. Bid on special wines, dining experiences and more during our silent auction, sip on our award-winning wines and indulge in appetizers and listen to live music. ALL proceeds will go directly to Blue Mountain Action Council's Food Bank. With each dollar raised, BMAC can provide $6 in food assistance to those in need. Thank you for making a difference!
