Get an insider's view into winemaking here at Dunham Cellars! We are proud to partner with some of our favorite chefs for dinners that are locally and seasonally sourced, then creatively paired with Dunham Cellars wines.
Join our winemaking team for one of these spectacular dinners, or attend them all! We will start with a tour of our winery at 5:30 with a sneak peek of harvest in action, followed by an elegant multi-course meal paired with our acclaimed wines.
Mauro Golmarvi, Chef and Owner of Assaggio Ristorante in Seattle is heavily influenced by his culinary roots and upbringing in Northern Italy. He specializes in artisanal techniques and recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.
Dinners are $135/$125 for Wine Club, includes meal, wine, tax and gratuity. Tickets are non-refundable.
