2002 RED MOUNTAIN ICE WINE
This wine is deep golden in color - almost amber. The nose is rich, with overtones of honeysuckle, clove and candied walnut. Caramelized apple-crisp in the thick, silky mouth dominates other notes of peach and pear. Pairing ideas: fruit tarts, blue cheese, salads with candied walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese.
