The Art

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Winemaker Eric Dunham began painting 12 years ago when an artist friend threw paint in front of him after being over-served assorted local and international wines.  As this is a common occurrence for Eric, he decided to stick with painting, as being an artist helped him get away with erratic and sometimes childlike behavior.

Today Eric Dunham's artwork raises thousands of dollars for charities all over the United States.  He has not, as of yet, sold any paintings to private individuals, but soon . . .

His paintings are a development of many evenings into one.  Music plays an important role in the mood and direction of Eric's paintings.  Layered acrylic is his current method of choice, but he is also dabbling in oils as well as sculpture and block carving.
