Hired for a 7-month internship at Hogue Cellars in Prosser, WA where Eric learned about lab techniques and chemical analysis
1995 - 1998
Hired as Assistant Winemaker to Marty Clubb at L'Ecole No. 41 in Lowden, WA
1995
Crushed the inaugural vintage of Dunham Cabernet at L'Ecole
1999
Left L'Ecole No. 41 and moved into the current facility at the Walla Walla Regional Airport to begin the journey as Winemaker and business owner
