Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Thighs

PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED CHICKEN THIGHS

INGREDIENTS:

• 16 chicken thighs with skin
• ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
• 16 fresh rosemary sprigs
• 16 slices prosciutto
• Salt and pepper

WINE PAIRING:

2010 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon XVI

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Place chicken thighs in a flat dish and toss with olive oil, garlic and chopped rosemary. Let marinate several hours. Roll thighs in prosciutto and secure with a rosemary sprig. BBQ for approximately 12-15 minutes.
