Cabbage Salad

Cabbage Salad

1 head green cabbage
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 large tomatoes, chopped
2 avocados, chopped
1 fresh lime
1/2 C. your favorite Italian dressing
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Roughly chop cabbage and place in large bowl. In separate bowl, combine garlic, tomato, and avocados, and squeeze in the juice of one lime. Fold mixture into cabbage, add Italian dressing, and mix well.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
