1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
Fresh fruit

Ingredients for Glaze:

1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon cornstarch
2 Tablespoon lemon juice


Blend butter, flour and powdered sugar. Pat into pizza pan. Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes or until golden. COOL Completely! Blend cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cooled, baked pastry. Top with fruit: bananas, grapes, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, etc. Arrange the fruit in a circle. Therefore, each slice will have all fruit choices on it.

Glaze Directions:

Combine cornstarch and sugar in medium saucepan. Add water and bring to boil, stirring until thick and clear. Remove from heat and ADD LEMON JUICE. Cool glaze to room temperature before pouring over fresh fruit. May not need all of glaze.
