Chocolate Mousse

DUNHAM CELLARS WINE CLUB - FEBRUARY 2016

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup dark chocolate bits
• 3 Tablespoons Kahlua
• 2 Tablespoons rum
• ¾ cup milk
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows

WINE PAIRING:

2012 Lewis Vineyard Syrah

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

In a blender, blend eggs, dark chocolate, Kahlua and rum until smooth. Scald milk and add marshmallows, stirring until marshmallows get melty. Add hot milk and
marshmallow mixture to blender and blend until smooth. Divide into 6 dessert cups and refrigerate.

Serves 6
