Oven Steamed BBQ Ribs

OVEN STEAMED BBQ RIBS

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 racks uncooked pork ribs
• 1 cup BBQ sauce
• ¾ cup water
• Cooking spray


WINE PAIRING:

2013 Wine Club Zinfandel

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a raised-edge cookie sheet with a double layer of heavy duty foil and coat with cooking spray. Arrange both racks of pork ribs on
cookie sheet, add water and cover tightly with foil. Bake 5 hours. Check every hour or so to make sure the meat has moisture and add water as needed. In the
last hour, coat the ribs with BBQ sauce and finish cooking.

Serves 4-6
