Corn and Potato Salad

InGredients:

1 lb baby red potatoes, boiled, cooled and diced
5 ears of corn cooked, cooled and cut off cob
1 red pepper, chopped
large bunch basil, chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in 1/2
1-2 lemons, juiced
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste


Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill before serving.

Serves six.
