Baked Brussel Sprouts

2 lbs. fresh brussel sprouts
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tablespoons butter


Preheat roasting pan in 350 degree oven.

Clean and cut brussel sprouts in to 1/2 or 1/4 pieces depending on size.

Toss brussel sprouts in olive oil, salt, pepper and pecans.

Bake 20-30 minutes. Toss in butter.

Serves 6
