4 boneless pork loins, trimmed
McCormick’s Grill Mates Pork Rub
1/4 cup freshly ‘squoshed’ lime juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup freshly diced cilantro
1 finely diced jalapeno, seeds removed
3 finely diced garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
Completely cover all sides of the pork loins with rub. Set pork
aside to rest while preparing lime drizzle.
In a medium bowl mix lime juice, red wine vinegar, honey and
olive oil. Add cilantro, jalapeno, garlic and Kosher salt.
Sear Pork loins on both sides (approximately 2 minutes per side.)
Take off direct flame and move to cool side of grill to finish cooking
through, approximately 8 minutes.
Plate pork loins and spoon lime drizzle over the top.
