Julie’s Egg Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

10 eggs or egg beaters
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pint (cream) cottage cheese, small curd
1 lb jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
8 oz diced green chiles

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a 9 X 15 well-greased baking pan.

Bake 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out
clean.

Serves 8
