• Canola oil

Choose peaches that are firm when given a gentle squeeze. Cut the peaches in half and pit them. Brush the cut side of each peach half with canola oil. Over medium heat, grill the peach halves until grill marks show and the peaches are tender but not falling apart. Serve two halves with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Drizzle with Dunham Late Harvest Riesling.
