Trish Vargas - Friend of the winery
1 cup Walla Walla Sweet Onion, chopped
2 cups seedless watermelon, chopped
1 cup orange sections, chopped
¼ cup orange marmalade
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ cup jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
1 large garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon salt
In large bowl, stir together orange marmalade, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, vinegar, garlic and salt.
Add watermelon, onions, and orange sections.
Gently toss together until coated.
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
