Maximillian Riedel, 11th generation Riedel and inventor of the "O" glass was at Dunham Cellars on September 30, 2006. It was a full house of 100 people for a demonstration on wine tasting using varietal specific stemware with Dunham wines. Each guest took home four Riedel Vinum Extreme glasses, a Riedel booklet, and a new outlook on the relationship of glassware and wine. Dunham was one of only two locations in the Northwest that Maximilian visited.
