LOADED HASH BROWN POTATOES

• 32 ounce sour cream
• 1 package Ranch Dip mix
• 6 ounces real bacon bits
• 2 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• 30 ounce package frozen hash brown potatoes
Reserving ½ cup cheddar cheese, combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan. Top with ½ cup reserved cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
This recipe freezes and reheats well!
